UGA Parents and Families Leadership Council

The Mission of the Council is to:

• Provide leadership for the UGA Parents and Families Association
• Provide support for the UGA Parents and Families Fund
• Administer the Parents and Families Grant Program.
• Promote the purposes of the UGA Parents and Families Association as follows:
• To enhance communication between parents and families and the University of Georgia
• To enrich the college experience for students, their parents and families
• To involve parents and families in campus and regional activities to promote the University of Georgia
• To financially support the UGA Parents and Families Fund

Membership Guidelines:

• Suggested membership terms are four years, or the period of time the members have enrolled undergraduate UGA students.
• An annual gift of $2500 to The Arch Foundation for the Parents and Families Fund is required for Council membership.
• The Council meets in the fall and spring of each year. Attendance at the Council meetings and other Parents and Families Association events is strongly encouraged.
