GuideStar
At GuideStar, you'll find basic information regarding almost any 501(c)3 that files taxes, including Form 990, required by the IRS. Form 990s always contain contact, asset and grant information, but may also contain executive officers, mission/vision statements and insight into programming decisions. You'll probably want to visit GuideStar last, however, since some 990s (all in PDF format) can number more than 900 pages in length.
