 | DINNER WITH A DOZEN DAWGS The Alumni Association sponsors the Dinner with a Dozen Dawgs program to help personalize the UGA experience. All UGA students, faculty and local alumni are invited to participate in the dinners program. Alumni Association members open their homes to students, faculty and fellow alumni for small dinner parties, bringing everyone together in a warm, friendly environment for good food, conversation and Bulldog camaraderie. Each year this dinner series will help make the university a friendlier place and enhance Bulldog networking. The program is very simple: Alumni and friends of UGA host dinners in their homes. Students and faculty sign up to attend a dinner. For each dinner, a guest list of those with common interests is assembled and sent to all participants. The number of dinners that take place is dependent on the number of hosts that volunteer. Dinners vary from casual buffets to formal affairs. Most dinners are held within 30 minutes of campus. If you would like to host or attend a dinner, please contact Assistant Director of Membership - Student and Young Alumni Programs Julie Cheney '99 or call 706-542-2251 for more information.

 | UGA ALUMNI ASSOCIATION STUDENT ALUMNI COUNCIL The UGA Alumni Association Student Alumni Council (SAC) is responsible for applying a student perspective to the creation, implementation, and evaluation of student member programming and recruitment initiatives. The SAC serves as a forum for a diverse group of student leaders to voice their opinions and visions relating to the role the Alumni Association plays in students' UGA experience before they leave campus. Input from the SAC is vital to successful student outreach. Not only do SAC members receive the chance to make a positive impact on and off campus, but they also benefit from the many relationships with UGA alumni built via networking opportunities provided through the UGA Alumni Association and its initiatives.
