YOU HAVE TO EARN IT...TO WEAR IT
The Official Class Ring is available exclusively to enrolled students who have completed at least 60 credit hours and achieved junior or senior year standing. It is also available to all graduates of theUniversity of Georgia. Eligible students and graduates are able to purchase the official class ring while Balfour is on campus during the following dates:

Oct 13-17 - Fall Ring Week at the UGA Bookstore and SLC
Feb 16-20 - Spring Ring Week at the UGA Bookstore and SLC

Join the UGA Alumni Association for the Ring Ceremony at noon on Sunday, April 19, at the Georgia Center for Continuing Education.

In front of family and friends, ring recipients take part in a celebration that includes speakers Deborah Dietzler, executive director of the UGA Alumni Association, Trey Paris '84, '85 vice president of the UGA Alumni Association, and Christie Haynes '10, president of the UGA Student Alumni Council.

Recipients are given a short history on the UGA Class Ring and are directed in the traditional Placement of the Ring. The past Ring Ceremonies have proven successful in bringing the beginnings of a tradition to the recipients of rings as they were allowed to share the moment with family, friends, and fellow UGA students.
