- Please send only 35mm or larger photos or high quality digital photos. Note your name and daytime phone number on each entry. Horizontal pictures only please.
- Please print and complete the entry form or call the Alumni Association at 1-800-606-8786 if you would like a form sent to you.
- Entries will be judged by Alumni Association Staff and volunteers. All photos submitted will be returned.

- Specify whether you are an Annual or Life Member

- Home phone
- Work phone
- E-mail address
- Address
- Caption/title/description for your photo
