Currently serve as Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Compliance Officer for a fully-integrated healthcare delivery system including a provider-sponsored Health Maintenance Organization, nineteen primary care physician practices, two urgent care centers, an occupational medicine program, a hospital-based home health agency and a 315 bed acute care hospital. Duties include coordination of all fiscal services, financial budgeting and reporting, and compliance program development.
