Shena Locke

Shena Locke is the Special Events Manager for Big Brother Big Sister of Metro Atlanta, BBBS. BBBS has been the leader in one-to-one youth-service for over 40 years, with proven success in creating positive friendships that benefit children, volunteers, families, neighborhoods, and the community. Shena is the primary contact for the agencies Bowl for Kids' Sake fundraising campaign. This event is the 2nd largest fundraiser for BBBS and generates over $200,000 in revenue annually. Shena spends time building relationships with major corporations and organizations that take pride in giving back to the community. BFKS is a special program that allows organization to have fun, serve the community, and increase company morale through team building and social activity.

Shena Locke is a graduate of Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia with her degree in Marketing. Her professional experience includes working with the Atlanta Braves with the merchandising department, and the Atlanta Spirit, L.L.C. (Atlanta Hawks, Atlanta Thrashers and Philips Arena) as Group Sales Manager. Shena spends time with her community through volunteer work including the NBA All Star game, G-Day, Damien Wilkins Fun Day, Tony Gilbert/George Foster Macon Fun Day and various sports camps. Shena plans on working with the community to develop a positive and successful future for youth, especially those with interests and passion for sports and academics. Outside of work, Shena enjoys working out, traveling and giving back to the community. Shena recently purchased her first home and resides in Atlanta.
