Graduates are automatically considered members of the Alumni Association.

The Association encourages all graduates to help fulfill and strengthen its mission to advance the academic excellence, best interests, and traditions of the University of Georgia by making annual gifts in support of university-wide and alumni initiatives. This support not only provides campus-wide academic funding but also directly benefits the programs and operations of the UGA Alumni Association. Show or renew your support today.

The UGA Alumni Association, through the generous support of alumni and friends, is able to fund programs and services, student activities, scholarships and academic support, faculty and staff enrichment programs and many other critical projects for the University of Georgia.  Gifts also support an array of university-wide areas with the greatest need.

Life members retain their distinction as an exclusive group within the Alumni Association and are afforded special status with opportunities for greater involvement in UGA and Association activities.

Students have an opportunity to get involved with the Association early on.  Students who make a minimum $20 gift in honor of their future graduating class become a part of the Student Alumni Association (SAA). Seniors are encouraged to make a Senior Signature gift of $50.

SAA students are able to take advantage of special events, promotions, and networking opportunities throughout the year. The class challenge gift can support the unrestricted fund as well as schools, colleges, and university-wide programs.
