Attention all UGA alumni in Germany that might be interested in helping organize and/or become involved with an official UGA alumni chapter. There are nearly 300 UGA graduates living in Germany and a significant number are in the Frankfurt area. Every UGA alumnus has a love for the University and Athens! Our goal is to connect as many of those alumni as possible and host social, networking, and game watching events that will represent the University. It is exciting to think there will be a UGA Alumni Association presence in Frankfurt and we hope you will join us in this effort.

Diese Gruß-Mitteilung richtet sich an alle Deutschen Absolventen der University of Georgia aus dem Raum Frankfurt (am Main), die Interesse an Aufbau, Organisation, und Beteiligung einer offiziellen Deutschen UGA Absolventen Gesellschaft haben. UGA unterhält aktive Gesellschaften in Deutschland, allerdings bisher keine im Raum Frankfurt. Die groβe Anzahl an Graduierten aus dieser Region veranlasst uns zu glauben, dass wir auch hier vertreten sein sollten. Jeder UGA-Absolvent liebt die Universität und Ihre Stadt, Athens, GA! Unser Ziel ist, so viele UGA-Absolventen wie möglich zu vernetzen und Events zu veranstalten, die die Universität darstellen. Enjoy unlimited food and beverages while celebrating with other Dawg Fans before Mizzou’s first SEC game. Enjoy the center of Mizzou's Campus and then follow the crowd to Memorial Stadium for the 6:45 p.m. kick off. If you don't have tickets to the game, you can stroll to nearby Downtown Columbia. Let's paint Mizzou red and black!

Tickets are $40, which includes unlimited tailgate food, beverages, and a full bar. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to reserve seating for your group, you may purchase a table, which includes admission to the tailgate and a table of 10.

The tailgate menu includes hotdogs with coleslaw on hoagies, pesto pasta salad, potato salad, gourmet nacho station, soft salted pretzel bites with cheese dipping sauce, fried buffalo wings, Reuben dip, vegetable display with dill dip and assorted desserts. Beverages include iced tea, water, lemonade, soda, and a full bar.

Please Note: You will receive a wristband at the check-in table on September 8. You can enter and re-enter with this wristband. Seating is not guaranteed unless a table is purchased. Online registration closes Tuesday, September 4. This event will be held in rain or shine. If space is available, walk-up admission will be $50.

Alumni Leadership Assembly is a weekend filled with opportunities to learn more about UGA, tour new facilities on campus, and spend time with students and other chapter leaders. This weekend of education and training is open to all volunteers who are involved with UGA Alumni Chapters. Not only will you leave the assembly better prepared to take your chapter to the next level, but you will also make new friends.
