My name is Carmen Dill and I am a 1995 graduate of the University of Georgia. I am sending this message to all UGA alumni living in the Carroll, Haralson and Heard County areas that may be interested in organizing and establishing a UGA Alumni Chapter. There are active chapters in other Georgia counties that are close by, including Metro Atlanta and Cowetta and Fayette counties. We should have a presence in Carroll County, too! We have a large number of graduates living in the area and this will give us a great opportunity to network, make friends, and officially represent the University of Georgia.

No matter what year you graduated or what your major was, every alum shares the common love for the University and for Athens. My goal is to engage as many UGA alumni as possible and host meaningful events that represent the University well. I hope that you will join me in this effort. Please contact me if you are interested in joining the UGA Alumni Carroll County Chapter and/or becoming a chapter leader. Enjoy unlimited food and beverages while celebrating with other Dawg Fans before Mizzou’s first SEC game. Enjoy the center of Mizzou's Campus and then follow the crowd to Memorial Stadium for the 6:45 p.m. kick off. If you don't have tickets to the game, you can stroll to nearby Downtown Columbia. Let's paint Mizzou red and black!

Tickets are $40, which includes unlimited tailgate food, beverages, and a full bar. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to reserve seating for your group, you may purchase a table, which includes admission to the tailgate and a table of 10.

The tailgate menu includes hotdogs with coleslaw on hoagies, pesto pasta salad, potato salad, gourmet nacho station, soft salted pretzel bites with cheese dipping sauce, fried buffalo wings, Reuben dip, vegetable display with dill dip and assorted desserts. Beverages include iced tea, water, lemonade, soda, and a full bar.

Please Note: You will receive a wristband at the check-in table on September 8. You can enter and re-enter with this wristband. Seating is not guaranteed unless a table is purchased. Online registration closes Tuesday, September 4. This event will be held in rain or shine. If space is available, walk-up admission will be $50.
