| Hobnail Boot Camp
|

Join fellow UGA Young Alumni in the Metro Atlanta area as they focus on fitness and get in shape for spring! Graduates and friends will be led in the boot camp by STATUS Athletic Club owner and CEO Joey Dillon and his incredible team of personal and group trainers. For the first portion of the event, everyone will be placed into small groups that will rotate to each trainer for a different exercise. During the second half of the boot camp, there will be a "mind over matter" competition.
Healthy refreshments and a variety of surprises will be on hand for each participant. In addition to leading the boot camp, STATUS is also offering a free personal training consultation for each person who attends the session.
This boot camp is an official Dawgs on the Move program, which is a collaboration of the UGA Alumni Association and the UGA’s Obesity Initiative to support healthy lifestyles. For more information about UGA’s Obesity Initiative, visit http://obesity.ovpr.uga.edu.
Remember to wear your red and black and be ready to train like a Dawg!
MEETING LOCATION:
Our group will meet right in front of the Park Tavern Patio overlooking the Piedmont Park Meadow. This is located downstairs from the gravel lot. Please arrive by 9:45 a.m. so camp can begin on time at 10:00 a.m.
PARKING:
Limited free street parking is available near Piedmont Park. Please observe all parking rules and regulations. Additional parking information can be found here: http://www.piedmontpark.org/visit/park_map.html. Parking in the Park Tavern gravel lot is $5.
