| Alumni Leadership Assembly 2012 |

Alumni Leadership Assembly is a weekend filled with opportunities to learn more about UGA, tour new facilities on campus, and spend time with students and other chapter leaders. This weekend of education and training is open to all volunteers who are involved with UGA Alumni Chapters. Not only will you leave the assembly better prepared to take your chapter to the next level, but you will also make new friends.
Accommodations:
Rooms at the Georgia Center are being held under the name "Alumni Leadership Assembly." If you choose to stay at the Georgia Center, you will receive the UGA rate of $89 for Classic Queen or King Rooms (one bed in the room). The reservation desk can be reached by dialing 800-884-1381 or 706-542-2134. If you book online, be sure to enter the block code 80014. Guests must enter this block code online in order to receive the discount.

Friday:
-Guest speaker: Executive Director of the Georgia Bulldog Club Mark Slonaker ’80
-North campus tour
-Pints and Paints activity and dinner at Transmetropolitan in Downtown Athens
Saturday:
-Best practices panel discussion with chapter leaders
-Leadership training
-Lunch and chapter discussion
-Keynote speaker: Past President of UGA Alumni Association
Carl Swearingen ’67, ’69
-UGA vs. UF Men's Basketball game at Stegeman Coliseum
-Chapter awards dinner
Sunday:
-Admissions presentation
-UGA bookstore discount shopping event

Attire for the weekend is UGA casual.
