Metro Atlanta Beltline Clean-Up ***CANCELLED***

The UGA Alumni Association Metro Atlanta Chapter has adopted a quarter-mile section of the Atlanta Beltline in partnership with Myers Carpet and Manchel, Wiggins & Kaye, LLP. Come help clear debris and pull invasive species of plants to make a direct impact on maintaining green space.
UGA alumni and friends are welcome to bring their kids (12 and older). All volunteers will need to wear closed-toe shoes and bring gardening gloves (if they have them). We will meet at the end of the parking lot at Park Tavern.

Northern Colorado River Float

Join us for the Northern Colorado River Float benefiting the David Alan Lewis Foundation. This will be a great opportunity to meet fellow Georgia Bulldogs in the Northern Colorado area. The event features an optional river float with cookout-style party at Lee Martinez Park in Fort Collins.
The river float will begin at 10:00 am and the BBQ cookout will begin at 12:00 pm. Everyone is responsible for their own tube rental or purchase. Tubes are available at either Big O Tires or Discount Tire Co.(both on College Ave.) for about $12. We will put in at Shields and float down to the picnic area at Lee Martinez Park.

Send the UGA Class of 2016 off to Athens in style! Richard and Leigh Ann Greenberg '83 have graciously offered to host a Freshmen Send Off reception for incoming area UGA students and their families. All the fun starts at 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 22. Alumni will be on hand to answer questions about UGA, reminisce about their college days, and even do a Georgia cheer or two.
