SAA Dinner with a Dozen Dawgs hosted by Tim Keadle ’78
We are excited to have our Alumni Association Vice-President, Tim Keadle '78, host our next Dinner with a Dozen Dawgs. Mr. Keadle is a partner at Parker Keadle Moore, LLP. He also is very active with the University as he serves on the School of Accounting Advisory Board and the Board of Directors for the Alumni Association.
In his professional career, Tim Keadle has 30+ years experience in public accounting. Prior to joining PKM in 1984, he spent six years with an international accounting firm. His experience includes a range of services from start-up to mergers and acquisitions to strategic planning. Tim is a frequent instructor and speaker for the Community Bankers Association, the Georgia Bankers Association (GBA), and several Southeastern Universities.

Long Island Dinner with a Dozen Dawgs

For most of our country’s history, newspapers have been the pillars of a free press; a manifestation of the ideals of free speech guaranteed by the First Amendment. In the digital era, however, newspaper fortunes have crumbled and their viability threatened.
What does the collapse of newspaper economics mean for democracy? What or who will fill the void left by the waning influence of the once powerful newspaper industry? Join Dr. Keith Herndon '82 as he addresses these questions and looks to a future of tablet newspapers and citizen journalists.
