Stephanie Runyan has an established reputation for achieving results with organizations, teams and individuals in corporations and non-profit organizations. With more than 14 years of experience in organizational development and consulting, Stephanie can quickly understand the complexities of an organization and successfully develop a solution with you to achieve your goals. Her passion is to see that organizations, teams and individuals achieve more than they think possible.
Prior to establishing Runyan Consulting and Coaching, Stephanie earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UGA in 1992 and obtained a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University. She gained valuable experience in the corporate world as a Senior Manager of Human Performance for an International Management Consulting firm for 9 years. She worked with multiple Fortune 500 clients in the financial services, insurance, energy sectors and non-profit organizations. Stephanie successfully led change management initiatives for mergers and acquisitions, systems initiatives, process improvements and culture change. Afterwards, Stephanie worked with one of the largest International Development and Humanitarian Aid Organizations for four years primarily being based in Cyprus serving the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Caucasus Regions. In this role, she was responsible for managing large system initiatives, developing a leadership development program for senior executives and high potential leaders in the region and conducting team effectiveness workshops.
Stephanie has lived in Russia, Kenya and Cyprus and has worked in over 15 countries in Europe, Middle East, Latin America, Africa and Asia. When she’s not coaching a leader or working with someone in transition, she might be found volunteering, scuba diving or gardening.
