Give to
Senior Signature:

Why should I give to Senior Signature?

Senior Signature is a special campaign of the Georgia Fund which gives graduating seniors an opportunity to make a difference by supporting the University of Georgia. Many times, this is a student's first gift and first step towards a lifetime tradition of alumni giving to the university. The impact of this private support makes a difference for students every day. In recognition of your gift, your name will be placed on the Class of 2014 plaque.

You can even designate your gift to go towards your school or college, or perhaps a specific department, program, or scholarship that has made a significant impact on you during your time at UGA!

Where are the Senior Signature plaques located?

The Senior Signature plaques are located in the heart of campus on the walls of Tate Plaza. They will forever remain in this location nearby notable campus landmarks such as the Tate Student Center, Miller Learning Center, and Sanford Stadium.

What are the benefits?

In appreciation for this gift, Senior Signature contributors will receive
special recognition, including:

• Your name engraved on the Class of 2014 plaque, located on display at
Tate Plaza. Imagine coming back to campus years from
now and pointing out your name to friends and family!

• Your name displayed online on the Senior Signature virtual plaque. See who has
already donated and made their mark on UGA.

• Senior Signature donors also become a part of the Student Alumni Association and
are included in its programs and activities such as Dinner with a Dozen Dawgs and
  BEAT shirt giveaways.

Is there a Deadline?

Yes, the deadline for the Class of 2015 is March 31, 2015 for all students graduating in the 2015 calendar year (May, August, and December). All gifts must be received by this date to allow for production and installation of the plaque prior to May Commencement.

If you are an August or December 2015 graduate, be sure to plan ahead! After March 31, 2015 no more names can be added to the plaque.

Am I eligible to participate in Senior Signature?

Any student, undergraduate or graduate, graduating in the year 2015 (May, August, or December) is eligible to participate. Seniors may be graduating earlier or later than expected, so the year in which you participate is up to you! If you identify most with the Class of 2015, make your gift and give to Senior Signature today.

How do I give to Senior Signature?

Easy! Just click HERE and follow the instructions. After making your gift, you will recieve a confirmation from the University. In 1-2 weeks, you should receive an additional email confirming  how you would like your name to appear on the plaque. Shortly thereafter, your name will appear on the Class of 2015 virtual plaque

I made my Senior Signature gift but my name is not on the virtual plaque

If it has been more than 2 weeks since you made your Senior Signature gift, but your name is still not on the virtual plaque, feel free to send an email to senior@uga.edu. We will be happy to look into it.

Please note that due to the high volume of gifts, especially as the March 31 deadline approaches, it may take more than 2 weeks for your gift to be processed and your name to appear. We appreciate your patience!
