THE OFFICIAL UGA RING

The official UGA Class Ring is a symbol of the honor and traditions of UGA as well as your own excellence, integrity and accomplishments as a graduate. During Ring Days each fall, spring, and summer semester, seniors and eligible underclassmen with 60 or more hours can meet personally with a Balfour ring representative to order their ring as a lasting memento of their success at UGA.

Students who meet the criteria for earning their ring can visit with Balfour ring representatives on the following dates:

September 24-26, 2014 at UGA Ring Days (UGA Bookstore and MLC 2nd floor by Jittery Joe's)

October 14-16, 2014 at the Fall Grad Fair (UGA Bookstore)

January 29-30, 2015 at 100 Days Until Graduation (Tate Grand Hall)

You can find more information about the UGA ring online HERE

SENIOR SIGNATURE

Will you soon be leaving UGA? This is the perfect opportunity to make your mark and leave your name at the heart of campus forever. Senior Signature allows graduating students to donate to a school, college, or scholarship that has made a significant impact on them while also being recognized on their class plaque in Tate Plaza.

Click HERE for more information regarding the Senior Signature campaign. The deadline for the Class of 2015 plaque is March 31, 2015.

100 DAYS

Seniors! This event is tailored just for you. Each year, on the mark of one hundred days until Spring Commencement, SAA sponsors the 100 Days event, setting up a one-stop shop for graduating students. Caps & gowns, diploma frames, invitations, grad portraits, and UGA rings are all available. Food, music, and graduate school representatives are just a sample of the sights at this jam-packed event!

THE UGA RING CEREMONY

Join the UGA Alumni Association for the Ring Ceremony to celebrate a new generation of UGA ring-bearers! Parents and friends are welcome to join as students don their ring for the first time! The Ceremony is usually held in early to mid-April.

This year's Ring Ceremony will be held on April 25, 2015 in the UGA Chapel. If you order your official UGA Ring by March 6, 2015, you will receive an invitation to attend. If you have any questions, please contact Evan Tighe, Assistant Director of Student Programs, at eptighe@uga.edu or 706-542-8055.

SENIOR SEND-OFF

The UGA Alumni Association hosts an annual Commencement Celebration for each year's graduating class prior to Spring Commencement. Come join us in Tate Plaza for food, entertainment, door prizes, the unveiling of the Senior Signature plaque, and more! Representatives from different schools and colleges will be on hand to help you stay in touch after you leave UGA. You can also learn more about the Alumni Association and how to connect with local chapters. So no matter where your post-graduation plans take you, the University of Georgia will be there waiting for you!
